This is a video of my media evaluation.
This includes an analysis of all of my publications, from my school magazine to my finished music magazine, and showing how I made sure that my magazine appealed to my target audience, the type of media institutions that could publish my magazine, and what I had learnt throughout the making process.

Here are my second drafts for my Table of Contents.
The things that I have changed for this are that I have added a background, but as I cannot decide between them, I have chosen both. Also the main image in the bottom right hand corner I have mover along to make it line up with the editorail pillars.

As an extention task, I was told to create an advert for something of my choice.
Here is an advert I created advertising, 'Ralph Lauren'.
I have chose not to pick this because of the colouring of the image itself, it is quite hard to see what is being advertised.
Here is an advert I created, advertising, 'Tommy Hilfiger'.
I have decided not to pick this advert because althought you can clearly see what is being advertised, the positioning of the logo is not very appealing.

Here is the advert that I have chose as the final one, which is advertising, 'Tommy Hilfiger'.
I have chosen to use this because the image clearly shows what is being advertised, by the logo on the polo shirt, and the writing on the glasses, and I also think that the adverts that are noticed the most, and are more appealing, are those that do not contain much going on, and as this is very simple, it would stick into a persons head very easily.

Here is my 3rd draft for my double page spread.
The only thing that I have changed from the previous draft is the image, and this is because this image contains a different pose, and I chose it to make it differ from the front cover.
The quality of this image is not very good, so after I have completed my contents page I will change the image, so that it will have better quality, that will be good enough for printing.

Here is my 2nd draft for my double page spread.
From the previous draft I have:
- Edited the leading text to make it sound more formal
- Added more details into the information box
- Added a website at the bottom next to my page number
- Changed the font of my caption, to make it more visable
and I have changed some of the text sizing, and spacing.
As the pose of the model in the picture is relatively similar to the pose on my front cover, I need to take another picture, to make them different to each other.

Here is a double page spread analysis that I created using Microsoft powerpoint.
This is the same powerpoint that I presented on my last video upload, with an extra magazine analysis on it.
It shows features of the double page spread, and analysis' of the layout, and why all of these things will help me to create a better double page spread.

Here is my first draft for my double page spread.
On this, I have a simple but attractive double page spread, with the image on one side, and the text on the other.
It has a conventional 'C' shaped curve, but flipped around, as you are drawn to the image, then you read the article, and then once again are drawn back to the image.
